Spa Receptionist - Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa, Jersey
We have an opportunity for a Spa Receptionist to join our team at the Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa.
This is a full time role which involves working a mixture of shifts including earlies, lates and weekends on a rota basis.
You will cover our Spa Reception desk - welcoming spa guests and members, answering calls and taking bookings. Other duties will include helping to ensure the changing rooms and pool side areas are kept clean and tidy, completing pool water tests and showing guests around the facilities.
You will be well presented with excellent communication and customer service skills - always making sure guests and members feel welcome, remembered and satisfied.
This is a live out position - on island candidates only.
